Do you offer display or sponsorship opportunities on FINS?

Can I place an ad in your daily FINS Morning Coffee newsletter?

How do I pay for the FINS products?
There are two payment options, via credit card or Corporate Account. You may pay immediately with a credit card through our secure purchase process. What should I do if my job posting does not fit in any of the available categories?
Please contact us at support@fins.com or (877) FINS-450 and a member of the FINS team will help you find the best place to post your job.

Can I post my job to any location?
Currently, you can post jobs to any city in the world and include up to three locations per posting. We do not offer the ability to post jobs “nationwide” at this time.

Will my email address be visible to applicants?
No. All job applications will occur through FINS and no personal information will be visible to applicants.

I am having problems posting a job. Whom can I talk to?
If you are having problems posting a job and would like to speak to someone, please send an email to support@fins.com or call (877) FINS-450.

Can I add multiple users to my account?
Yes. If you require multiple users on the same account, you can add them by logging in to your account and clicking the Add User button on the Your Account page. There is no limit to the number of users you can add to your account.

Can multiple users have access to the same account simultaneously?
Yes. Every user on the account can access it at the same time.

How do I change my password?
You can change your password at any time by logging in to your account and going to Your Account page. If you continue to have problems, please contact us at support@fins.com.

I can't remember my username and/or password. What do I do?
Your username is the email that you used to register with FINS. If you do not remember the email you used to register, please contact us at support@fins.com. Click here to reset your password.

How do I edit my email alerts?
To change the frequency of your email alerts or to unsubscribe, simply log into your account and go to the Manage Alerts page.
